If you think Mexican food is simply a tortilla folded many different ways then think again! Yes we will be making our own corn tortillas, but to me Mexican food is fresh, vibrant and varied. We will start by making some guacamole and salsas, essential!

Some of the dishes we can make include from the Yucatan fish cooked in banana leaves or from the Baja fish tacos. We can make achiote chicken, or steak strips in a rub made from the wonderful dried chillies such as Ancho, Pasilla and Chipotle. How about a squash and corn side, my take on Mexican beans or Mexican red rice. The exact menu will be decided upon booking
